Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply want space to reflect and grow, individual therapy offers a supportive place just for you. In these one-on-one sessions, you'll meet with Wendy, a women's-only therapist, who will walk alongside you as you explore your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences. It's a confidential space where you can talk freely without judgment and work through anything that’s on your mind. Your therapist will help you: - Understand and manage difficult emotions - Navigate life changes or personal challenges - Improve your relationships and communication - Build coping skills and resilience - Connect more deeply with yourself Each session is about 45–60 minutes and tailored to your unique needs and goals. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin, you just have to start and be open.
