Cancellation Policy
Participants may book their place in a Kindred Circle until registration closes or the circle reaches capacity. * Your place is confirmed once registration is complete and payment (or your first installment) has been received. * Spaces are limited to maintain an intimate and engaging group experience and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. * Registration closes 48 hours before the first session to allow adequate preparation and group planning. * If a circle reaches capacity, you may choose to join the waitlist and will be contacted if a space becomes available. * Each booking is valid only for the registered participant and cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval from Kindred Collective.
