Service Description
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply want space to reflect and grow, individual therapy offers a supportive place just for you. In these one-on-one sessions, you'll meet with Ian Moses, a licensed an early-career psychologist under supervision, who is part of our apprenticeship program. He will walk alongside you as you explore your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences. It's a confidential space where you can talk freely without judgment and work through anything that’s on your mind. Your therapist will help you: - Understand and manage difficult emotions - Navigate life changes or personal challenges - Improve your relationships and communication - Build coping skills and resilience - Connect more deeply with yourself Each session is about 45–60 minutes and tailored to your unique needs and goals. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin, you just have to start and be open.

Before You Book: Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. Please book at least 24 hours in advance and ensure that payment is completed to confirm your session. Need to Change Your Appointment? We understand that plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. The General Rule of Thumb - 24+ hours' notice: You may reschedule your session at no additional charge, subject to availability. - Less than 24 hours' notice: The full session fee may be charged. - No-show: The full session fee will be charged. - If an unexpected emergency prevents you from attending, please let us know as soon as you can. Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Sessions that begin late will generally still end at the scheduled time.
