Couples Therapy With Wendy
Senior Psychologist
Service Description
Relationships can bring deep connection, but they can also bring challenges, misunderstandings, and stuck patterns. Whether you’re facing a specific issue or simply want to strengthen your bond, couples therapy offers a space to slow down and reconnect. In couples therapy, you and your partner will meet with Wendy, a licensed psychotherapist, who helps you communicate more openly, understand each other more deeply, and navigate conflict in healthier ways. You’ll work on: - Improving communication and active listening - Rebuilding trust and connection - Resolving recurring conflicts or misunderstandings - Navigating big decisions or transitions together - Creating a shared vision for your relationship Each session (usually 60–90 minutes) is focused on your relationship as a whole, with room for both partners to feel heard and supported. Whether you're dating, married, or somewhere in between, therapy can help you move forward together.
